What currency are prices listed in?
All prices displayed on our website are listed in USD and may appear in your local currency.
When will my order be processed and shipped?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after placement.
Once processing is complete, orders are prepared for shipment and released for transit. Tracking information is provided after the parcel has completed standard regulatory and security screening and has been accepted by the carrier.
Please allow 3–5 business days after processing for tracking details to become available.
Why does tracking take time to update?
Some shipments may undergo routine regulatory and security checks prior to entering the carrier’s network. This is a normal part of domestic and international logistics and helps ensure compliance with shipping and safety requirements.
Tracking information becomes active once the carrier has accepted the parcel and it is fully in transit.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days after shipment, excluding holidays.
Shipping times may vary depending on destination, carrier, and fulfillment center location. International shipments or orders fulfilled outside the U.S. may take longer.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day return window for eligible products.
Returns are accepted only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition. Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, opened or used products are not eligible for return.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, which covers inspection, handling, and processing costs. The restocking fee is deducted from the refund amount once the return has been received and inspected.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can assess the issue. If approved, we will provide return or replacement instructions.
No restocking fee is applied to items confirmed as damaged or defective.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
After 24 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return policy if eligible.
What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Address changes requested after this timeframe cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information.
Are your products compliant with regulations?
All products sold are cosmetic in nature and intended for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Products are manufactured, labeled, and shipped in accordance with applicable cosmetic safety and regulatory requirements.
