Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once processing is complete, orders are prepared for shipment and released for transit. Some orders may undergo standard regulatory or security screening prior to being accepted by the carrier. This is a routine part of logistics and may affect when tracking information becomes available.


Tracking Information

Tracking details are provided after the shipment has cleared processing and has been accepted by the carrier.

Please allow 3–5 business days after processing for tracking information to appear. Tracking updates may take additional time to reflect movement once the carrier receives the parcel.


Shipping Locations

We ship orders from multiple fulfillment centers based on product availability and destination.

  • Most U.S. orders ship from within the United States

  • Some orders may ship from international fulfillment centers depending on inventory availability

This allows us to efficiently fulfill orders while maintaining product availability.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order has shipped, not including processing time.

United States Orders
Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days after shipment.

International Orders
Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days after shipment.
International deliveries may arrive sooner depending on destination and carrier.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or external factors beyond our control.


Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Carrier processing

  • Customs clearance

  • Regulatory or security screening

  • Weather or logistical disruptions

We are not responsible for delays once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Address changes requested after this timeframe cannot be guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address submissions.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at getsculpted360@gmail.com with your order number so we can assist with tracking inquiries.

Once a shipment is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
