Returns are accepted only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging. Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, opened or used products are not eligible for return.
To request a return, customers must contact us within 60 days of receiving their order. Return requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns of unopened and unused products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
This fee covers inspection, handling, processing, and restocking costs associated with returned cosmetic products.
The applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount once the returned item has been received and inspected.
No restocking fee is applied to items confirmed as damaged or defective.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
After 24 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process if eligible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Address changes requested after this timeframe cannot be guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information.
Refund Processing
Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed and reflected by your financial institution. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
